Reactive Recovery: Advanced Reactive Dog Class

Is your dog struggling with reactivity towards other dogs, people, or everyday triggers? The Reactive Rover: Advanced Reactive Dog Class  is designed for dogs that have already begun their journey toward managing reactivity but need further support in navigating the world with calm and control. 

What you’ll work on:

• Advanced impulse control techniques 

• Desensitization and counter-conditioning in controlled settings  

• Building confidence with new social experiences  

• Reducing reactive behaviors like barking, lunging, and pulling  

• Managing reactive behaviors in public spaces on-leash  

We’ll use a mix of positive reinforcement, relationship-based training, and real-world practice to help you and your dog succeed. This class is perfect for dogs who have completed basic reactivity classes and are ready to handle more distractions and challenges.

Prerequisite completion of Feisty Fido or a private training program with Courteous Canine.

Who is this class for?
Dogs of all breeds, one year and older at the start of the class.

What prerequisites does this class have?
All dogs must be current on vaccinations before the first class. Please bring your current documentation of your dog’s vaccination records to the first class.

This class is $305.25 and includes the class fee and sales tax. Tuition is for 6, 1-hour consecutive class sessions.
