Trained as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Linda brings to the world of dog training her extensive teaching experience as well as her understanding of positive parenting principles. One way or another she has been involved in dog training for nearly three decades, but it was the adoption of her rescue dog, Molly, that inspired her to take formal dog training classes and learn clicker training. Linda is now passionate about clicker training and never misses an opportunity to expand and hone her skills at seminars with top trainers. She is also a great advocate for animal assisted therapy. She participates as a Delta Society Pet Partner with both of her dogs to visit nursing homes, read with school children in the Reading Fur Fun program of the Potter League and volunteer for the Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association's Pets Vets program. Both dogs have passed the Canine Good Citizen test.Their newest project is to train to compete in Rally Obedience. Kate Fantoli

Judy has always loved animals, especially her English black Labrador named Eiger and a Welch Springer Spaniel named Argus. In total, her family has many companions; two dogs, two horses, two rescued cats and two ducks. She has participated in obedience classes and agility. She enjoys taking out both of her Canine Good Citizens out when she rides trails, and has taught them to stay close. Before retiring as an English teacher she had an after school club that fostered positive animal husbandry, positive environmental issues and worked to educate the school population about various forms of animal abuse. She also taught a course about horses to middle-school students and volunteered for a therapeutic riding program. |
